All new industrial rated and high temperature rated components including an Advantech CPU with 4GB of RAM, Advantech 128GB Solid State Drive loaded with the Windows 10 IoT (Embedded) operating system, Advantech 15” Touchscreen LCD display, improved sealed keyboard with mouse mounted on a fold down keyboard tray, DIN rail mounted power supplies, improved point to point wiring with terminal blocks for easy wiring and support, Opto 22 I/O rack with AC or DC digital I/O output modules for programmable limit switches and alarms.
The True-Trak 20/20 Computer Monitoring System comes with two Digital I/O output modules. You can add up to two additional output modules and four input modules if necessary. The new custom designed 24” x 26” industrial enclosure is designed to be easily upgraded in your plant from an FT2/L data acquisition system(for multi machine low cost monitoring) to a fully integrated TrueTrak 20/20 Computer Monitoring system, and from there to a Sure-Trak2 shot control system.
The enclosure is designed to be either mounted on a Pedestal & Base or to save floor space you can mount it on the side of your electrical cabinet or on a wall or post. Or we can provide the system as a Panel Mount version on a 21” wide x 23” tall back panel for mounting in your electrical cabinet. When you upgrade to the Sure-Trak2 Shot Control system we add the Digital Servo Amplifier Board, Qty. 2 Digital I/O Output Modules, Qty. 4 Digital I/O Input Modules, Sure-Trak2 firmware and software, and 24V DIN Rail mounted power supply.
